Reminder: University-Wide Orientation for Graduate and Professional Students on Aug. 17

On Monday, Aug. 17, from 3 to 5 p.m., new University graduate and professional students are invited to a virtual event to meet key administrative and student leaders and get an introduction to the Pittsburgh campus and city.

In an hour-long welcome and overview featuring University leaders for graduate studies, participants will learn more about campus mental health, wellness and COVID-19 procedures, as well as the Office of Diversity and Inclusion.

Interactive breakout sessions will also include discussions of student advocacy, health insurance and how to develop diversity consciousness.
