New Human Resources and Payroll System Set to Launch in January

As we all continue to work through the challenges of this year, the University is forging ahead with Pitt Worx, a new, cloud-based human resources and payroll system, scheduled to launch in January 2021. The journey to Pitt Worx began in 2018 with the launch of Talent Center, and in January the remaining modules will become available to the University community, including functions related to payroll, core HR, benefits, and time and labor.

Pitt Worx will be employees’ one-stop shop for all HR and payroll needs, and will be accessible across a variety of devices. Training on how to use the new system will be available later this year, and Pitt Worx Champions will be providing important updates to their areas.
