Do you ever wonder how some people make success look so simple?
Faculty and staff at the University of Pittsburgh are invited to explore goal-setting, motivation and willpower at the Mental Wellness Book Club’s discussion of “Succeed: How We Can Reach Our Goals.” Bill Ankrom, an instructor in Pitt’s School of Health and Rehabilitation Sciences, and Gretchen Young, a senior EAP specialist at UPMC, will lead the discussion.
The in-person event is at noon Dec. 5 in Room 310 at the William Pitt Union. The first 20 people to register will receive a free copy of the book, but additional attendees are welcome to join the discussion.
