Chancellor Gabel and Evan Facher named to Pittsburgh Business Times Power 100

The Pittsburgh Business Times named Pitt Chancellor Joan Gabel and Vice Chancellor for Innovation and Entrepreneurship Evan Facher to the publication’s Pittsburgh Power 100 2024 list, which highlights Pittsburgh’s most influential leaders.

The Business Times recognized Chancellor Gabel for her leadership in elevating the Plan for Pitt 2028, the University’s developing strategic plan. The publication noted Evan Facher’s leadership efforts within Pitt’s Office of Innovation and Entrepreneurship, which works to inspire and enable Pitt innovators to bring their ideas and discoveries to life through commercialization.
