2 School of Social Work students won Joseph and Helen Eaton Scholarship awards

The Cathedral of Learning

Two graduate students won the School of Social Work’s 2023-24 Joseph and Helen Eaton Scholarship awards. The prize honors the best single-authored works written by a first- or second-year doctoral student.

Christina Babusci was recognized for her paper, “Understanding Psychosis in Asian Diasporas.” Tess Schleitwiler’s winning paper was “Those who Dare Divert from the Beaten Paths: A Comparative Examination of Sexual Morality in the Progressive Era.”

These awards of $500 may be used for educational expenses, including research costs, travel, books and software.
