Political Activity and the University

With election season in full swing, it’s important to understand the rules about how the University and its faculty, staff and students can be involved.

The Office of Community and Governmental Relations (CGR) explains that as a tax-exempt entity, the University is prohibited from engaging in certain campaign-related activities.
