Faculty, staff and students are invited to hear Pitt faculty member Tamar Krishnamurti, who will participate in a virtual Nobel Summit, "Our Planet, Our Future.” She joins others for a panel session, “Many Avenues for Action,” on what’s needed to start addressing major issues impacting our global wellness. The panel will include perspectives of three very different types of innovators, including Krishnamurti, assistant professor of medicine and clinical and translational science. Moderated by Dream Corps CEO, Nisha Anand, the panel will also include Nobel Prize laureate, Sir Richard John Roberts, and winner of the 2015 Smithsonian Ingenuity Awards in Technology and author of “Girl Decoded,” Rana el Kaliouby.
The Nobel Prize Summit runs from April 26 to 28, with “Many Avenues for Action” scheduled on Monday, April 26. For more information and to register, visit the Nobel Summit website.
