Let's Talk Africa Covid 19: Impact on Education

This panel will explore the impact of COVID-19 on children and education. UNESCO estimates that over 262.5 million children from pre-primary and secondary schools are currently out of school because of COVID-19 closures, which translates to approximately 21.5% of the total population in Africa.

Join the African Studies Program for this timely panel discussion and learn from and share with educators from Algeria, Uganda, Ghana and Tanzania. 

Panelists include Kwasi Gyasi-Gyamerah, Silver Oonyu, ZablonMgonja and Zoubir Benleulmi.
