Get the most interesting and important stories from the University of Pittsburgh.Pitt’s 32nd Nationality and Intercultural Exchange Programs Holiday Open House is a merry-making afternoon at the Cathedral of Learning. This annual celebration, open to the public, fosters intercultural exchange and understanding; the nationality and heritage rooms, decked in seasonal splendor, host traditional craft and cultural demonstrations; the Cathedral’s first-floor commons features musical performances and food and handcrafted cultural wares for purchase.
Here’s what you need to know to make your visit memorable.
When: 12-4 p.m., Sunday, Dec. 3.
Where: Cathedral of Learning, first and third floors, 4200 Fifth Ave., Pittsburgh, PA, 15260
Activities scheduled: A list of participating nationality and heritage rooms.
Tickets: Free
Parking: On Sundays, there is no charge for parking at the meters and the nearest parking garage is Soldiers and Sailors, located at 4390 Bigelow Blvd., Pittsburgh, PA, 15213.
