Women in Computer Science, the School of Computing and Information and the Big Idea Center will host She Innovates, a weekend hackathon celebrating women in tech, from Jan. 28-30, 2022.
Registration is required and will remain open until 11:59 p.m. Friday, Jan. 21.
All undergraduate and graduate students — with or without a computer science background — in the Greater Pittsburgh area are welcome for a weekend of hacking, technical talks, mentorship and fun.
Attend a kick-off party at 6 p.m. Friday, Jan. 28, where hacking teams will be formed, ideas pitched, and a Q&A session will be held for first-time hackers. Teams can also be formed ahead of time using Pitt's TeamFinder. Mentors will be on-site to help guide participants through the hacking process.
