Upload your COVID-19 booster shot information

We know that 96% of Pitt’s students, faculty and staff across all campuses have received their primary vaccine series. Now, we’re updating our records to see how many people have been boosted — one of the best steps to take for COVID-19 protection.

If you have received a booster shot, please upload a new photo of your vaccination card showing that information. Learn how to upload yours and more information about boosters.

If you have not been boosted, please register for a booster shot. The Pitt CoVax Center and most local pharmacies offer appointments.
